The Curly Goose is the home of Sawmill Gin, Clare Valley’s preeminent spirit producer, celebrated both domestically and internationally for our award-winning Gins and Barrel Aged Spirits.

In March 2022, Sophie and David Whitehead acquired The Curly Goose with a vision to revitalise the venue, vineyard, and accommodation, while simultaneously establishing Sawmill Gin, Clare Valley’s first Small Batch Gin Distillery.
